This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. ("Company," License CCC1330718) governing your use of the Company's internal business management application, including all associated tools, integrations, and features (collectively, the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes on behalf of Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Share access credentials with unauthorized personnel • Use the Application to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any connected systems or data
The Application integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
All data processed through the Application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://astra-app-cd6c5d20.base44.app/PrivacyPolicy. The Application may access, process, and store business data including customer records, financial information, and project details solely for the purpose of operating the Company's business.
The Application and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Updates may be required to continue using the Application and may change functionality. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This EULA is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the Application at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
